Services Provided LP Power offers its clients a full range of commercial services related to energy & power projects. Specific areas of expertise include: - Completing market studies in support of both   greenfield and merger and acquisition opportunities - Preparing due diligence studies on behalf of equity investors and lenders   interested in either developing new projects or acquiring existing power   and energy assets in Asia - Developing tariff proposals and helping IPPs complete their PPA   negotiations with utilities in the region (in-country experience in Thailand,   Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam) - Reviewing and negotiating other project contracts such as EPC, O&M   and Shareholder Agreements - Assisting clients with the establishment of management systems for   projects entering into commercial operation - Conducting internal reviews of operating projects with the aim of   improving their technical and financial performance - Supporting Government agencies in their efforts to develop and   implement IPP Bid Solicitation programs including the negotiation of power   purchase agreements with IPPs
